Focused and almost lithe both on the nose and palate. 2018 gave us higher acidity than 2017 with a leaner profile over all. Citrus pith, melon, hay, lemon verbena. Bright, fresh and long. Bottles un-fined and un-filtered this is slightly cloudy. Now - 2020?
This a new vineyard for us planted in Okanagan Falls in 1995. This is a warmer site thamn our Kelowna vineyard and is picked earlier for acid retention. Destemmed and direct pressed this is fermented in a combination of stainless steel and old barriques. It spent only 6 ,months in barrel and is a brighter and fresher interpretation of Semillon. Unfined and unfiltered but clear and without sediment. Drink now - 20124?
100% Semillon. Planted in 1995 in Kelowna this single Vineyard has been responsible for some of the most respected Semillon to come out of the Okanagan. We are proud to have the opportunity to throw our hat in the ring. Whole cluster pressed, natural ferment, raised in neutral French oak for 12 months on full solids with very little stirring of the lees. Bottled Unfined and Unfiltered. You may find a very small deposit of sediment in the bottom. It's OK!
Ever so slightly cloudy/matte sunny hay in colour. This is very lithe and focused and low in alc (10.4%) Ripe citrus rind, sage and hay. Sneaky bright and intense palate of apple skin and green tea but dry and driven. Long and refreshing. We are very happy with this wine and are excited to see where it goes as it may age well for a decade or more. Now - 2030?

The 2018 version of our Rose is bone dry, crisp and fresh. This year the Rose was bottled without fining or filtration. It is slightly cloudy. Strawberries, red plum, red apple skin. Dry but fresh and bright. Now - 2021

This is NOT what you may have come to expect from Okanagan Merlot. Light to medium in body we do not try to make a big or heavy wine here. Despite the fact that this single vineyard produces amazing and serious fruit which could handle extended time in barrel we feel the wine should highlight the inherent fruit qualities and not oak or heavy extraction. Bright, light ruby. Sweet red plums, savoury herbs, fine tannins and refreshing acidity. Medium bodied, supple and driven. This is unfined and unfiltered and is slightly hazy. Now – 2022

2017 gave us big, bouncy fruit from the home vineyard that is very similar to the 2012. Dark matte ruby. Sweet black and red currant, warm soil, singed herbs. Fine but present tannins. Driven, dense and juicy. Now – 2024+
